This site presents a significant opportunity for residential development. Situated a few minutes north west from Barrhead town centre the site benefits from quick access to local amenities and is a short walk to Barrhead train station. It is expected that some improvements to the greenspace will be required before development. Both sites total to 4.14 Ha, with the larger being 3.71 Ha and the smaller 0.43Ha.

The existing road access provides a link over the railway to Gateside Road and has views to the countryside beyond.
